That's a great intro but it is a lot to memorize.

I am a Mom of two boys ages 6 & 4. When my youngest turned 1 I was diagnosed wtih cancer. It was a shocker. I graduated law school over a decade ago. I decided to take the bar after rounds of chemo and radiation. I thought the bar would be a piece of cake...

I didn't take a course. I used OLD barbri books and A friend of a friend gave me her outlines for the three new subjects.

How did I study? Well, I wrote an outline for every subject and I even did flashcards! I believe the key to passing is to COPY how Barbri or barpassers writes their sample answres. I read and wrote over 90 essays and everntually you see the pattern as to how Barbri's delt with repeated topics such as formation of a contract or defamation...

Its food for thought. I hated people who gave advice when I was studying but one friend who passed told me to focus on HOW barbri or barpassers wrote their essays or even MBE answers for certain subjects. It is simple clear and concise.

Anyway, just thought I throw it out there...BEST OF LUCK!
